CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Weekly Reports — Progress summary with photos, 1–2 week look-ahead, open issues, and stakeholders to involve.
Scheduling — Weekly-updated critical path schedule, with risk areas and proposed adjustments flagged.
Budgeting & Cost Control — Real-time actuals vs. budget tracking, with variance reports issued for cost changes.
Subcontractor & Vendor Management — Ongoing quality, compliance, and delivery monitoring, with regular coordination meetings.
CLOSE-OUT
Final Punch List — Client walkthrough to identify outstanding items, tracked to completion in Contractor Foreman.
As-Built Documentation — Updated plans and/or specifications reflecting completed work.
Client Training — Walkthrough of how installed systems and features operate.
Warranty Package — Warranty details, vendor contacts, and maintenance schedules.
